SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Please be sure to enter your address properly, as we are not liable for products arriving at the incorrect location. We use the address that gets entered at checkout. If you enter your address incorrectly, please contact us and let us know before your order goes out so we can get it corrected in a timely manner.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada. At this time, we do not ship to anywhere outside of the US or Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pro-4 Tactical is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@pro-4marketing.com or call our office during business hours at 248-809-2129. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
